There may be a need for oxygen and water vapor barrier properties for the preservation of contents, but by using our special filler compound material with improved barrier properties, it is possible to reduce the permeability of oxygen and water vapor compared to neat resins, leading to the expectation of inhibiting content degradation. In addition to olefin resins, the effect can also be expected with styrenic resins.
Even for small molded products that are difficult to form a barrier layer structure or complex molded products, the incorporation of fillers allows for the expectation of barrier properties in normal molding. No new equipment is required, just replacing the resin is sufficient.
