September 1964 | Takaroku Shoji Co. Ltd. Established in Higashi Nippori 3-chome, Arakawa-ku, Tokyo. Rokuzo Takahashi assumes the position of the first president. In the same year, the Kawaguchi Factory was set up in Ankou, Kawaguchi City, as a dedicated factory for coloring. |
