[Test content]
Test specimen (5cm x 5cm x 3mm) in the petri dish is inoculated with the test bacterial solution, and then covered with a film (4cm x 4cm). The test specimen inoculated with the bacterial solution is cultured at 35±1 ℃, 90% RH or more for 24±1 hour. Count the viable bacteria of 3 test pieces (n=3) immediately after inoculation and after 24 hours of culture.
